ROLAND JUNO-60 FOR SALE #2
Vintage Analog Polyphonic Programmable Synthesizer Keyboard

GENERAL INFO:

Don't Ju No the Juno-60? :) Well if you don't.... The Juno-60 is a real classic, well known for its beautiful warm tone and playability! This thing almost always sounds great! Its 6 note polyphonic so, unlike many of its predecessors, it can play chords. Theres also a built in arpeggiator! It sounds warm and fat and has a very unique tone to it which Moog, ARP and other brands dont have. Part of this is due to the chorus circuit which gives sounds real dimension and is particularly good for strings and pads. This synth also delivers great bass tones. It is similar to the Juno-6 and Juno-106 but some people feel it has a warmer, sweeter tone to it. Unlike the Juno-6, its got patch memory so you can save your own sounds for instant recall. It's got enough features to let you create lots of sounds but is also simple enough for the beginner who is looking for a great sounding analog synth to start with! According to author Peter Forrest, this synth was used by many famous musicians including: Vince Clarke (Yaz), The Beloved, Cabaret Voltaire, Enya, Level 42, Men At Work, Howard Jones, George Michael (Everything She Wants), the Eurythmics, The Cure and many others. But dont let this list discourage you - you dont have to be a synthpopper to make great use of this synth!

CONDITION:

Our items are as described, which means no typical surprise post-sale repair bills or serious flaws typical of most vintage gear deals!

This unit has been thoroughly tested and is in excellent working order. Cosmetics are pretty good for a used item of its type and age. There are a few scratches and scuffs here and there. Juno-60's wooden sides are covered with a fake wooden finish laminate type of thing that usually chips off. This unit has had minor chipping, mostly at the bottom. This is typical with this model and is something most sellers wouldn't even bother mentioning, but we pay close attention to detail. There's also a SMALL, insignificant dent to the left of the pulse width modulation routing switch. It's so minor we didn't even think about banging it out and we doubt you'd see the need either. There are also a few scrapes in the tops of a few of the black keys. Don't let our detailed description scare you off - this Juno-60 looks good, works GREAT and should make anyone looking for a Juno-60 that looks somewhat used very happy.

Don’t let our overly critical descriptions discourage you, check out the detailed photos above!
