OUR TERMS OF SALE:
These terms apply to all our gear sales. They may change in the future but
are firm for now. Please make sure you read, understand and agree to these
conditions before buying anything from us.

-Please ask all questions before your purchase so you know exactly what to
expect.
TO ORDER FROM US:
-Only after you're sure you're going to buy, Email us your full name,
address and phone number to minime123@onebox.com
and we will calculate shipping costs and send you an invoice. Please make
sure you read the terms below and check out the photos and description of the
item/s you're interested in.
SHIPPING & PACKING COSTS:
-All items ship from the USA
-We usually ship anywhere USPS or UPS ships packages of this size to -
please check size restrictions to your destination beforehand. These are the only 2 carriers we use at this
time.
-Buyer pays all packaging and shipping related charges,
including insurance. Buyer is responsible for all customs brokerage
fees, taxes, and any other fees related to this shipment.
-All shipments MUST be insured & declared for their full value to cover damage or loss.
-Packing charges are based on our approximate cost for the new materials
required to pack your item/s. The larger the item, the higher the
cost. Costs are usually $5 - $20 but occasionally more for large
items.
-Shipping estimates: please see http://www.usps.com and http://www.ups.com
PAYMENT TERMS:
-We'd like to receive your payment within 7 days of invoicing you. If you need more time,
please ask in advance.
-We require payment before shipment and do not ship COD or use escrow services.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept ONLY the following forms
of payment at this time and reserve the right to limit methods for certain
purchases. Higher value sales will likely require direct bank transfer,
from your account to our business account.
USA:
- Bank Cashiers Checks, preferably Bank of America (please let us know the bank before getting the check)
- Bank Wire Transfer at our discretion (add $12 for our costs)
- US Postal Money Orders
- Money Orders from Western Union, Bank Of America, Wells Fargo or Moneygram
- US Cash sent strictly at your own risk
- Paypal for some items under $300 - must be shipped to a Paypal confirmed
address ONLY
Canada:
- Canadian International Postal Money Orders
- Bank Wire Transfer at our discretion (add $15 for our costs)
- US Cash sent strictly at your own risk
- Paypal for some items under $300 - must be shipped to a Paypal confirmed
address ONLY and you must pay for USPS EMS service if using PP
United Kingdom:
- Bank Wire Transfer at our discretion (add $15 for our costs)
- US Cash sent strictly at your own risk
- Paypal for some items under $300 - must be shipped to a Paypal confirmed
address ONLY and you must pay for USPS EMS service if using PP
Japan:
- Japanese International Postal Money Orders
- Bank Wire Transfer at our discretion (add $15 for our costs)
- US Cash sent strictly at your own risk
Other Countries:
- Bank Wire Transfer at our discretion (add $15 for our costs)
- US Cash sent strictly at your own risk
- We may consider money orders in US dollars issued by any large US bank - email
us to discuss
OUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
-We pack and ship items only after payment clears our bank. Clearing can
take a while, and packing and shipping can as well. We try to ship within
a week of payment clearance, but delays can occur so you'll need to be
patient. If you're in a rush, please don't buy from us as we don't want to
disappoint you.
GENERAL:
-Local pickups are not possible as we are a mail-order-only business at the moment.
-NY residents must pay 8.375% sales tax
-All items are as described. Unless otherwise stated, we've carefully tested each item and it appears to be in perfect working order. It's slightly possible subtle abnormalities went unnoticed during testing but this is HIGHLY unlikely as we're
very thorough and very familiar with what we sell.
-Due to their age and electronic nature, all items are sold as is. All sales are final, with no expressed or implied warrantees or guarantees.
-We will not issue refunds (whole or partial) or accept returned items so please make sure you want what you're buying beforehand.
-We pack to withstand abuse and have almost a 100% success rate. In the very unlikely event of
shipping damage, the customer agrees to
retain all packing materials, leave the item in its received condition, and issue an insurance claim with the carrier. We will not be held responsible for their negligence but will be glad to provide any necessary
documentation for you to pursue a claim.
-Any info provided (specs, comparisons, etc.) is to the best of our knowledge true, however there could be unintentional inaccuracies. It's assumed that the buyer is familiar with the item they are buying and knows what to expect and what not to expect. If you have any specific concerns, we are always happy to answer questions by email.
-If you have a problem with any item you purchase from us, please contact us immediately so we can try to help.

-If you need reassurance that we're legit and can be trusted, we can provide
a huge list of references - just ask.
